Ruby
Our tap truck, affectionally named Ruby, is a 1963 mail truck that has been meticulously restored and converted into a mobile beverage truck.
She has three taps to serve anything from wine and craft cocktails to iced tea and cold brew. She has a flash-chill dispensing system that ensures every drink is served at the perfect temperature.
Ruby is small enough to party indoors or out. She is ideal for all types of occasions - showers, birthdays, happy hour, corporate events and more.

Frequently Asked Questions
Just about any beverage can be served on tap. We can serve alcoholic beverages as well as mocktails, sparkling lemonade, iced tea and cold brew.
Dry hire means alcohol is NOT provided. Florida state law prohibits us from obtaining a liquor license. This means it is the client's responsibility to purchase and provide any alcoholic product for their event.
Ruby sits at 9 feet long, 5 feet wide and 6 feet tall. She requires a flat surface and a designated power outlet within 100 feet. If no outlet is available, we will provide a generator at an additional fee.
We use 5-gallon kegs to dispense out of the taps. The number of servings varies depending on the beverage. We use the following serving information as a guideline for planning:
o 95 6 oz beverages
o 65 9 oz beverages
o 50 12 oz beverages
Tiny Tap Mobile Bar is not responsible if you run out of beverages at your event.
Yes, we have general and liquor liability insurance.
We service the entire Treasure Coast. There is no fee for travel inside Martin County; travel outside Martin County is $1 per mile.
A signed agreement along with a non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
